A small law firm with three partners and two support staff was managing their finances across three separate tools. Bookkeeping was in one platform, payroll in another, and tax documents were managed manually through email and spreadsheets. What we did

We migrated their bookkeeping to a clean unified system, took over payroll for all five staff members, and assumed responsibility for quarterly and annual tax preparation. For the first time every aspect of the firm's finances was managed by one team with one consistent approach.

We established a monthly reporting process that gave all three partners a shared view of the firm's financials every month, eliminating the confusion and misalignment that had come from three separate systems.

The outcome

The partners described the consolidation as transformative. Monthly reconciliation time dropped from several hours across multiple platforms to a single brief review of one clean report. Payroll ran without issues from the first cycle. Their first tax preparation under Vooks was completed well ahead of deadline and identified additional deductions the firm had been missing across both previous years. The partners now have a shared financial view of the business and make decisions with complete alignment for the first time.
