1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Vooks website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses Vooks in any capacity.

2. Description of services

Vooks provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll management, and CFO advisory services to small business owners and individuals. The scope of services provided to each client is outlined in their individual service agreement. Vooks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Client responsibilities

To receive services from Vooks, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up to date financial information as required. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to Vooks. Vooks is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Confidentiality

Vooks takes the privacy and security of your financial information seriously. All client data is handled with strict confidentiality and is never shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent. For more details please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment terms

Payment for Vooks services is due according to the billing schedule outlined in your service agreement. Vooks reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, and materials on the Vooks website are the intellectual property of Vooks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to logos, copy, images, and design elements.

7. Limitation of liability

Vooks provides its services in good faith and to the best of its professional ability. However, Vooks shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination Vooks will provide the client with all financial records and documents in our possession related to their account. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes to these terms

Vooks reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
